The APPEAL of Michael Schamens for a dimensional variance from Section 22.39(7)(c) of the zoning code. If granted, the variance will allow an addition to the rear of 1337 Pearl Street with a rear setback of ten (10) feet, and Municipal Code states there shall be a rear yard of not less than twenty-five (25) feet.
