The APPEAL of Craig Kasseckert for a dimensional variance from Section 22.58(2)(d) of the Zoning Code. If granted, the variance would allow for the reconstruction of a deck in the rear yard of 1110 School Dr, extending 20 feet into the required rear yard setback, when decks may project a distance not to exceed ten (10) feet into any required rear yard.
