The APPEAL of Jill Curci for a dimensional variance from Section 22.58(2)(a)(2) of the Zoning Code. If granted, the variance would allow for the construction of a shed in the rear yard at 2200 Northview Rd, with an area of 288 square feet, when accessory structures shall not exceed one hundred fifty (150) feet in area when the principal structure has an attached garage.
