Recommendation
Engineering staff has reviewed this item to add a third handicap parking stall on Oakland Avenue at Buchner Pool. This item was placed on hold for the summer while Parks and Rec staff had time to evaluate the use of handicap stalls at Buchner Pool. Staff has concluded that a third handicap stall is not needed. Staff recommends no action on this item.
