a.Rescind the order by the Board of Public Works given at the July 17, 2014 meeting to retain the existing vault with a design plan approved by the Engineering Staff. Design and construction completed and paid for by the owner prior to October 2016. . It has been field verifyed that the vault does not extend into the City Right-of-Way.
