Staff has reviewed this request. This item was presented by staff with approval by Ald. Francoeur. The Howell Oaks development has installed new streets south of Madison Street. The development has a street called Howell Oaks Drive that intersects with Madison Street. Staff has determined that stop a sign is needed on the new northbound approach of Howell Oaks Drive at Madison Street. Staff will also bill the cost of installing the stop sign to the Howell Oaks development.
Recommended Motion: Move to approve the installation of a stop sign on northbound Howell Oaks Drive at Madison Street.
