Approve resolution # 3-19-26 which hereby declares that an emergency situation exists, as described in Section 62.15(1)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes, and directs the General Manager to negotiate a contract to replace the water main at Willow Park Apartments, 1017-1021 Delafield St., for a cost not to exceed $71,665.00. Asphalt restoration will be coordinated with Willow Park Management at a cost not to exceed $20,000.00.
