A motion will be made to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. State Stats. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation between the City of Waukesha Water Utility and the City of New Berlin regarding the application for a Conditional Use Permit.
