Recommendation
Engineering staff is in the process of studying parking issues on streets adjacent to Blair School, specifically Hyde Park Avenue and Chicago Avenue. Staff has had meetings with Ald. Payne, Blair School and the School District to discuss student drop off and pick up procedures which affect street parking.
There is no specific item to approve in this referral. If parking zone changes and signing changes are needed, they will be brought forward to the committee as separate items for discussion and approval.
