Recommendation

This item has come up twice in the past, once in 2013 and another time in 2014.  In 2013, the committee denied installing a crosswalk at this location.  In 2014, a similar request was made and denied again.  Staff has not changed its position on this issue.  South Street, in this location, is not scheduled for reconstruction nor is it scheduled in the next 5 year plan.  Staff recommends no action on this item.
