Recommendation
This referral was made by Public Works. The existing No Parking zone on the east side of St. Paul Ave from the corner at NW Barstow to 185 feet north was established in 1983 but was never adjusted in 2010 with the St. Paul Ave. resurfacing project. Since 1983, the nearby car wash business has removed their second driveway which necessitated the No Parking zone to be 185 feet from NW Barstow, which is also 30 feet north of Roberts Street. In this proposed revision, the No Parking zone will be adjusted to be 30 feet south of Roberts Street, thus giving 60 more feet of parking along E. St. Paul Ave. Public Works staff endorses this revision.
Recommended Motion: Approve revising the limits of the "No Parking Any Time" zone on east side of E. St. Paul Avenue to be from the corner of NW Barstow Street to 30 feet south of Roberts Street.
