Recommendation

Referral was made by Ald. Helgestad on behalf of business owners on W. Main Street near E. Broadway.  Due to the construction project, some business owners would like to have two stalls designated as 30 minute stalls to allow for more turn over.  Said businesses operate on quick turn around times for customers.  Since W. Main Street will be under construction and no parking is allowed during construction, an alternative is to temporarily designate two stalls on E. Broadway to be 30 minute.   Staff recommends denial of this request.
