Review received offers to purchase and development concepts for 130-318 Delafield Street, possible action on responding to offers, possible motion pursuant to Wis Stat §19.85(1)(e) to go into closed session to discuss terms and conditions of counteroffers or sales contracts as necessary to protect competitive and bargaining positions. A motion may be made pursuant to Wis. Stat. §19.85(2) to reconvene thereafter in open session and take action on matters discussed in closed session.
