Rescission of Council’s May 6 resolution approving re-zoning of Rivers Crossing Addition 4 from T-1 to Rs-3. The ordinance has had no readings or publication, so it has not become effective and the land remains T-1 for the time being. The agreement between the developer and the landowner to develop the land has fallen through, and the landowner has requested that the land remain T-1.
