A motion may be made to convene in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Sec. 19.85(1)(f), if necessary, to discuss an employee’s medical condition in relation to the need to hire an additional employee during a leave of absence, because the disclosure of the employee’s medical condition may adversely affect that employee’s reputation.
If closed session is held, then after closed session is complete, a motion to reconvene in open session will be made pursuant to Wis. Stats. Sec. 19.85(2).
