Recommendation
Staff has reviewed this request and recommends to keep the existing no parking signs on the west side of Pebble Valley Road near 2505. The petitioners have requested this No Parking zone to be removed to allow for family members to park closer to the 2050 / 2507 Pebble Valley property. The parking zone that exists on the west side of Pebble Valley from Hunting Ridge to 150 feet north is there because of the bus stop at Hunting Ridge. The No Parking zone allows for busses to pull up to the curb without having a parked car in the way. Also, there is no guarantee that removing or adjusting the zone will provide available parking for specific people, others can park there as well. Staff recommends no action on this item.
