Approve making a request to the Common Council to authorize the Cemetery Commission to send out an RFP to retain a professional cemetery management consultant to conduct a study of Cemetery operations. The Cemetery would pay for the study. When the study is completed, the Cemetery Commission would then report and make recommendations to the Council.
