Recommendation
This referral was made by Public Works. Eales Avenue was reconstructed in 2015 and, with the completion of the E. Moreland Blvd. project, Eales Avenue is now a dead end street. Since Eales no longer has heavy traffic, it is proposed to have the old parking zone removed and revert back to open parking. The old parking zone was established for safety purposes when Eales Avenue was a heavy traffic street. Staff recommends approval to rescind this existing parking zone.
