HR Policy B-11 - Amendment to Policy B-11 to require approval of pay rates for Cooperative students by the City Administrator. If amendment to HR Policy B-11 is not approved, request to increase pay rate for Engineering Co-op students from $11.00 to $12.50 per hour with $1.00 per hour increase per work session.
