Recommendation
 
W. Main Street from Clinton to Wisconsin Avenue will be reconstructed in 2015.  The parking arrangement on W. Main Street will remain the same as it exists today with minor changes.  One change is near the Kendal Lofts apartments.  A No Parking zone needs to be established on the north side of W. Main Street to encompass two driveways and a hydrant location.  With the angled parking, some drivers may mistake this area for a parking stall.  Staff recommends approval of this no parking zone.  
 
Recommended Motion:  Move to approve No Parking Any Time on north side of W. Main Street from 20 feet east to 60 feet west of the southeast corner of the Kendal Lofts apartment building.
