Recommendation
This item was brought forward by Public Works with endorsement from the Fire Department and Ald. Skinner. During winter months, this street becomes very narrow with snow build up. A recent fire call was made to this street and the fire department could not make it to the resident with their vehicle. The issue is overnight parked vehicles are not moved in time to affectively clear the snow. This item would prohibit overnight parking in on the north side of this street during November to April.
