Recommendation
Referral was made by Ald. Helgestad on behalf of businesses at 403 and 407 N. Grand Avenue who have patrons that utilize Municipal Lot 8 to park for access to the businesses. Converting the 8 stalls to be “no permit” stalls would allow for a 3 hour parking period but not have permit parkers using the stall all day. Staff supports this change and recommends approval.
