A motion will be made to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Sec 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel concerning the possible settlement of litigation over the termination of Bret Mantey. The Council may act on the matter while in closed session, or a motion may be made to re-convene in open session pursuant to Wis. Stats. Sec. 19.85(2) to take action on the matter discussed in closed session.
