Recommendation                     

This referral was made by Public Works.  Eales Avenue was reconstructed in 2015 and, with the completion of the E. Moreland Blvd. project, Eales Avenue is now a dead end street.  Staff is proposing a No Parking zone at the west end of Eales Avenue at the dead end.  A No Parking zone is needed at this end to keep vehicles out of the way of garbage trucks, potential emergency vehicles and snow plowing.  Staff recommends approval of this zone.
