The appeal of Collin Bertram for a dimensional variance from Section 22.26(7)(b) of the Zoning Code. If granted, the variance would allow an addition for an attached garage that would extend an existing wall with an eight (8) foot side yard setback to be built at 2523 Northview Road resulting in a new addition with an eight (8) foot side yard setback when the ordinance requires a minimum ten (10) foot side yard setback.
