All requests for special orders of business shall be made in writing to the Mayor's Office by a committee or any two (2) City of Waukesha Alderman. All requests must reach the Mayor's Office at least five (5) days and by noon prior to the next meeting of the City of Waukesha Common Council Meeting of Alderman, so it can be noted on the agenda.
