The appeal of Bryan and Erin Davis for a dimensional variance from Section 22.58(2)(c) of the zoning code. If granted, the variance would allow for the construction of an 18' 0" deck in the rear yard, which would project 15 feet into the required rear yard setback at 3835 Rivers Crossing Drive, when decks may project a distance not to exceed 10 feet into a required rear yard setback.
