Recommendation

This referral was made by Ald. Thieme.  Persons attending the Carroll University satellite campus along Davison Road have been parking along Davidson and causing traffic congestion.  The request is to have a No Parking zone installed.  After further review, the parking zone recommended should have time and month restrictions to generally reflect the campus year and the school year for Hillcrest Elementary.  Staff has no issues with this request and recommends approval.
