A motion will be made to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85 (1)(g) to confer with legal counsel who is rendering advice on strategy concerning litigation in which the City is involved; in particular the consent order with the department of justice concerning radium compliance.
Upon conclusion of the closed session, a motion will be made to reconvene in open session, pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(2) for possible action on matters discussed in closed session.
