Request that the Common Council consider changing public comment time from a maximum of 3 minutes per tax payer to a maximum of 6 minutes per tax payer. Additionally, that public comment time be extended from an end time of 30 minutes past the start time of the meeting to 60 minutes past the start time of the meeting
