A motion will be made pursuant to Wis. Stats 19.85(1)(e) to go into closed session to deliberate the negotiation of a possible purchase of public property. Upon conclusion of the closed session, a motion may be made to reconvene in open session and action may be taken upon matters discussed in closed session.
