This item was referred to committee by Ald. Corey Payne on behalf of the Unitarian Universalist Church on Washington Ave. The Church is seeking permission to have two way finding signs installed at two locations. In the past, requests of this nature have been approved on a case-by-case basis. The Department of Public Works does not have an issue with this request as long as the Church is responsible for installing and maintaining the signing. The Church would have to get a permit with the City for installation.
