Recommendation
This item was brought forward by Ald. Boyle on behalf of the Briarwood Homeowners Association who have requested Fiddlers Creek be signed with the posted speed limit of 25 MPH.
Staff has collected speed data and will share it with the committee at their meeting. Said speed data can be used to determine if speeding is a major issue or if Police Department needs to be involved with enforcement.
Department does not have an issue with signing the speed limit.
