The APPEAL OF John Wieczorek for a dimensional variance from sections 22.58(1)b. and 22.58(2)a.1. of the zoning code. If granted, the variance would allow for a shed to be placed against the attached garage at 3908 Oxbow Dr., when sheds are permitted in the rear yard only and the nearest point of any accessory building shall be located no closer than five (5) feet from the permitted principal structure.
