Referral was make by Ald. Thieme. Residents have requested and All Way stop on Butler Drive a Harvest because there is speeding traffic on Butler Drive and hard to make turn from Harvest. Engineering staff has done an initial review of this item and will request additional time to complete a study to determine volume of traffic, speeding of traffic and if other methods may be more appropriate.
