Referral was made by Ald. Manion. A resident with a deaf child is requesting the existing sign that exists on northbound Grand Avenue be moved to cover the area of their residence. Engineering staff does not have an issue with this other than the southbound direction does not currently have any signing and Deaf Child signs should be installed for southbound as well.
