The appeal of Gretchen’s Rental Properties, LLC, of the determination of the Chief of Police declaring a property located at 2020 Easy Street to be a Chronic Nuisance Premises under section 12.10(4) of the Waukesha Municipal Code.
Motions may be made to convene in closed session from time to time during the course of the hearing pursuant to sec. 19.85(1)(a), Wis. Stats., to allow the Administrative Review Board to deliberate matters relating to this item. Upon conclusion of any closed session, motions will be made to reconvene in open session for action on matters discussed in closed session.
Upon conclusion of all testimony, a motion will be made to go into closed session pursuant to sec. 19.85(1)(a), Wis. Stats., to allow the Administrative Review Board to deliberate the case. Upon conclusion of the deliberations, a motion shall be made to reconvene in open session to take action on matters discussed in closed session.
