Recommendation

This item is being brought forward by Public Works.  The request in this item is to clarify the correct parking regulations in Municipal Lot 7.  Earlier this year, the Adhoc Parking committee recommended changes to parking restrictions on various parking lots as outlined in ID’s # 18-0279 and 0280.  However, it was determined afterwards that Lot 7 would not function well with the proposed changes and needs to revert back to its original restrictions.  This items requests rescinding items ID# 18-0279 and 0280 only for Lot 7.
