Approve declaration that an emergency situation exists, as described in Section 62.15 (1)(b) of the Wisconsin Statutes, and directs the General Manager to negotiate a contract with Municipal Well & Pump to remove the existing Saylesville Well No. 8 pumping equipment, install the spare pumping equipment and replace the spare equipment to remain compliant with the DOJ consent order for a price not to exceed $125,000.
