A Motion will be made to go into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) Wis. Stats. to discuss General Manager's 2018 Performance Evaluation and Approve 2019 Compensation.
Upon conclusion of the closed session, a motion will be made to reconvene in open session.
Possible action on matters discussed in closed session.
