Recommendation
This item was brought forward by Public Works with endorsement from Ald. Helgestad. During winter months, this street becomes narrow with snow build up and becomes very difficult to completely plow. The issue is overnight parked vehicles are not moved in time to affectively clear the snow. This item would prohibit overnight parking in on the north side of this street during November to April.
