Recommendation
This item was brought forward by Ald. Moltzan. The request is to install a stop sign on southbound Wilber Avenue at E. Laflin Avenue. A stop sign does not exist today for southbound but does exist for northbound. However, our review of records indicates the northbound stop sign was never formally approved to be installed. In order to be clear on both northbound and southbound directions, Public Works is recommending a stop sign be approved for both approaches to E. Laflin Avenue. Just the southbound direction will require a sign to be installed. The cost for this signing will be around $70.
