Discussion and action to authorize the City Administrator and the City's planning staff to enter into talks with Waukesha County regarding the former Grandview Resort/Moor Mud Baths property including, but not limited to, offering assistance with redevelopment of the Grandview Resort/Moor Mud Baths building and also exploring the possibility of the City of Waukesha acquiring both the building and the Moor Downs Golf Course.
