A motion will be made to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. State Stats. 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved regarding the City of Waukesha Water Utility’s application for a Conditional Use Permit in the City of New Berlin.
