Recommendation
This item was brought forward by Ald. Browne. Concerned residents have indicated that vehicles parking on the east side of Paramount Drive just south of the driveway to 1705, have a hard time seeing northbound vehicles because of the parked cars. Staff has reviewed this item and determined that installing a No Parking Here to Driveway sign, located 40 feet south of the driveways edge would be beneficial and give up to 150 feet of additional vision to a driver going westbound out of the driveway. The total cost to install the sign for this parking zone would be around $100.
