Approve revision to Ordinance 9.08 to create 9.08(5) designating the Clerk to issue operator’s licenses and provisional licenses where no record of pending charges, or convictions exist for any felony, misdemeanor or forfeiture where circumstances substantially relate to the licensed activity.
