Recommendation
This item was brought forward by Ald. Manion. The request is to establish no parking on the south side of Wilmont Drive from between the driveways at 301 and 305 Wilmont Drive to help the business on the north side of the street get large semi-trucks in and out without having cars parked on the south side of the street. There is also a location on the north side of Wilmont Drive adjacent to the parking lot of 208 that would like to restrict street parking for similar purposes of larger truck traffic needing space to turn and back in. Ald. Manion intends to speak to this request at the meeting. The Department of Public Works does not have any issues with the request.
