A motion will be made pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) to convene in closed session to confer with legal counsel regarding a possible further appeal of the Court of Appeals decision in City of Waukesha v. City of Waukesha Board of Review. A motion will then be made pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(2) to re-convene in open session and take action on the matter.
