The APPEAL OF Frank Sollecito for a dimensional variance from sections 22.61(4)b. and c. of the zoning code. If granted, the variance would allow for an addition to a house to be located up to the side and rear lot lines at 338 Coolidge Avenue, a substandard lot with a house currently constructed up to the rear lot line, when there shall be a side yard of not less than five (5) feet and the rear yard shall not be less than ten (10) feet.
