Ethnos 360 claim for tax exempt status. The city assessor determined, based on information provided by the taxpayer, that properties owned by Ethnos 360, Inc. at 609 Arcadian Avenue and 1105 Phoenix Drive did not meet the statutory requirements for exemption. The taxpayer disagrees and filed a Notice of Claim as a prerequisite to filing a lawsuit. The city attorney recommends that the common council deny the claim for each property and direct the city clerk to serve the required notice to the taxpayer.
